looking for a new OC

I'm looking to get a new OC character to go with my new name, however, plz I would like certain things about it

- Its a black kyurem
- unique traits (maybe an accessory like a wristband, necklace, hat...)
- Furry to the max
- Cute, but strong(maybe slightly chibified, just not to the extreme)
- Please include a tutorial on how to draw it, as I cant draw to save my life
- Easy to modify
- Friendly looking

Willing to pay, but plz be reasonable with the price (and not, im not lowblling at all, I'm willing to consider all quotes)

That's my new username ^_^

I like it a lot better, as Black kyurem is one of my favorite legendaries, and thought blackykyurem sounded kinda cute as well :D

I decided not to use Shiny_Zekrom, as I use that name at another website

Looking to commission a plush maker

I'm looking for a very unique plush for heavy hugging purposes (hence, it has to be VERY strong) (I'm male, 230lb, and muscle training)

I'm looking to get a Rhydon, around 20-22" not including horn (meaning 20-22"main body + horn) as soft as possible without it being floppy on the main horn with embroidered details and in minky. 

I know this is costly, so I'm hoping to be able to get a payment plan of sorts plz?

I have a second project that I would like to discuss, however, I would like to keep it to notes

Please if you're interested, NOTE ME! I rather go 1 on 1 with you, as I feel more comfortable, specially when it comes to talking money
